What they need
Be part of our Customer Service Representative in our upcoming Sports and Fitness Facility located in Al Quoz Industrial Area 4, Dubai
Responsibilities:
Delivers excellent customer service
Understands the sales and retention process
Handles reception desks and all administrative duties
Ensures effective communication with members as well as team members
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a gym
Minimum 2 years of sales experience in gym
Solution oriented
Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment
Good communication skills
Positive attitude
Preferably an Arabic speaker
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
Work Location: In person
