Customer Service Executive

Key responsibilities

• Provide live time support and answer all related online channels (customer inquiry) with positive, empathetic and professional attitude
• Acknowledge mobile app orders, support, and resolve customer orders during working hours
• Explain and provide recommendation of products or services to online customers to fulfill customer needs
• Assist with weekly/monthly customer feedback report to head of department

• Willing to step up and take up new challenges or roles
• Dedicate to strengthen customer experience
• Able to prioritize customer inquiries and is detail oriented
• Able to work in fast-paced environment
• Willing to work 6 days a week
• Willing to work on shifts schedule (either morning shift or afternoon shift)
• Able to work during public holiday and in shifts in the future (with extra allowances)
