Customer Service Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide high quality customer services
• Maintain and expand your database of prospects
• Handle after sales service and lead follow-up
• Understand customer needs and requirements
• Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
• Support general office administrative

Job Requirements:

• Holder of a bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in patient relations, customer service, healthcare administration, or a related field
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally
• Good analytical and organizational skills
• Experience in report preparation and data handling
• Interest in customer service improvement and complaint management practices
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Immediate available is highly preferred
