About the role

Klinik Haiwan Healing Pets' is seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Executive to join our team in Selangor. As a Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our valued customers, helping them with a range of enquiries and ensuring their interactions with our clinic are positive and memorable. This is a full-time position.

What you'll be doing

• Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
• Providing accurate information about our services, policies, and procedures
• Handling customer complaints and concerns with empathy and resolving issues effectively
• Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up actions
• Assisting with administrative tasks as needed to support the smooth running of the clinic
• Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure customer needs are met
• Continuously looking for ways to enhance the customer experience

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably in the healthcare or veterinary industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen, empathize, and provide solutions
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle customer queries and concerns effectively
• Proficient in using computer systems and office software
• A genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service and contributing to the success of the clinic
• Adaptability and a willingness to learn and grow within the role
