CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships and communicate clearly with customers and colleagues.
• Experience in customer service and customer support, preferably within logistics, transportation, or related industries.
• Proven ability in customer satisfaction and customer service management, including handling escalations and key accounts.
• Solid problem-solving, conflict resolution, and time management skills to handle multiple enquiries and priorities.
• Good command of written and spoken Mandarin, English and Malay, proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
• Proficiency with software (e.g., email, Microsoft, Qi net) and ability to learn new tools quickly.
• Previous experience in a senior or lead customer service role and a diploma or degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field is preferred at least 1 - 2 years in Logistics.
• Candidate must at least SPM preferably Chinese.
• Strong verbal communication & presentation skills, self-disciplines.
• Computer literate.

Working Day:

Mon - Fri : 9.00 am - 5.45 pm

Sat : 9.00 am - 1.00 pm
