Customer Service Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand customers requirement / query and accordingly provide solution via phone and email
• Daily Co-ordination with ops and timely update to customer.
• Pro-active approach on problem shipments.
• Pro-active follow up on outstanding shipments.
• Alert concern stake holders if any problem arise with solution providing.
• Assigns, generates express, freight leads to concern department.
• Schedules account and cash customer pickup.
• Follow-up with customer when necessary.
• Manages, identify, and resolve customer complaints.
• Alerts the management team of trends in customer calls.
• Educate & upsell new products and services to customer [Shied Insurance, Aramex App, CRP etc.]
• Maintain all KPI assigned relevant to the task.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, Logistics, or equivalent field
• Minimum 2yrs of experience in customer service industry
• A good verbal and written communication.
• Should go beyond in crisis to achieve organization goals.
• Added advantage for express business.
• Good Decision making.
• A good team player.
• A quick learner
