Job Description

We are hiring Customer Service Executives for Domestic and International Voice Processes in Lucknow. The role involves handling customer calls, understanding customer concerns, providing accurate solutions, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls professionally.
• Understand customer queries and provide appropriate information and solutions.
• Maintain a polite, professional, and customer-focused approach.
• Resolve customer concerns as per process guidelines.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Follow company policies, SOPs, and process guidelines.

Eligibility

• 0–4 years of experience in customer service, BPO, voice process, telecalling, or related fields.
• Freshers can apply for suitable openings.
• Good verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
• Candidates comfortable with Domestic or International Voice Processes can apply.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts for applicable international processes.
• Candidates should be comfortable working from office in Lucknow.
