Customer Service Executive

Run Courier is expanding, and we are looking for experienced Customer Service Executive to join our growing team in Gujranwala.

Important: Only candidates with prior experience in the courier or logistics industry will be considered.

Requirements:

Experience in Courier / Logistics Operations or Customer Services

Strong communication skills (Urdu & Basic English)

Excellent problem-solving and coordination abilities

Proficiency in MS Office

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and chats

* Track shipments and provide timely updates to customers

* Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth deliveries

* Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently

* Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction

Location: Bashir Complex, Dastagir Road, Satellite Town, Gujranwala

Timings: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Salary: Market Competitive
