Customer Service Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Service Executive to join our outbound sales team at JANICE RESOURCES in Kuala Lumpur.

This role focuses strongly on cold calling and customer engagement, where you will proactively contact potential customers to understand their needs and introduce suitable banking and financial products.

You will be responsible for making outbound calls, explaining product information clearly, handling customer enquiries and objections, and following up with customers throughout the sales process. This is a target-driven role with attractive commission opportunities for candidates who are motivated by sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Make daily outbound cold calls to prospective customers
• Contact customers to understand their financial needs and introduce suitable banking and financial products
• Explain product features, benefits, eligibility and application requirements clearly to customers
• Handle customer questions, objections and enquiries professionally
• Follow up with potential customers and maintain good customer relationships
• Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs
• Record and update customer information and call activities accurately in the system
• Follow up with customers throughout the application and sales process
• Work closely with the team to achieve overall sales objectives
• Keep updated on relevant banking products, promotions and customer requirements

What We're Looking For

• Experience in cold calling, telesales, telemarketing or customer service is preferred
• Candidates with experience in banking, financial services, loans or related industries are encouraged to apply
• Confident and comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to explain products clearly and build rapport with customers
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
• Target-oriented, positive and motivated to earn through commission
• Able to work independently as well as in a team
• Fluency in Malay and English is required; Mandarin would be an advantage

What We Offer

• Basic salary: RM3,000 – RM4,000
• Commission up to RM20,000!
