About the Company:
O2 Lab is Singapore's premier wellness center specialising in Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT), Cryotherapy and Red Light Therapy, located at Riverside Point and Tanglin Place. We are on a mission to make advanced recovery and longevity accessible — serving athletes, executives, and health-conscious individuals who want to perform and feel their best.

What You’ll Do:

• Appointments - Manage bookings, changes, and cancellations in our system; send reminders to clients.
• Client Care – Guide clients through their wellness journey, operate equipment (training provided), and ensure comfort and safety.
• Service Excellence – Greet clients warmly, answer service and pricing inquiries, handle payments, and resolve basic issues or escalate as needed.
• Promotion & Support – Share information on services and memberships; keep the reception area tidy and inviting.
• Team Collaboration – Work closely with the wellness team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Fresh graduates in hospitality or sports science welcome!
• Friendly, positive, and eager to help others
• Willing to learn equipment use (training provided)
• Strong multitasking skills; calm under pressure.
• Flexible to work evenings/weekends when needed.
