We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Executive to join our Kottayam team and support our freight forwarding and logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries through email and phone.
• Coordinate with customers, overseas agents, and internal teams regarding shipments.
• Track shipments and provide timely updates to customers.
• Maintain shipment records and assist with documentation.
• Follow up on pending enquiries and resolve customer concerns promptly.

Requirements

• Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and email communication.
• Strong coordination skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively with a team.
• Experience in customer service or logistics is an advantage. Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
