We are looking for an experienced CRM Executive & Sales Coordinator with prior experience in the MEP sector to manage sales coordination, customer relations, procurement support, accounts follow-up, and inventory management.

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and client communications professionally.
• Coordinate sales activities, schedules, documentation ( SUBMITTAL) , and follow-ups.
• Assist the accounts team with debtor and creditor follow-ups.
• Prepare quotations, follow up with clients, check stock availability, verify LPOs, and prepare material submittals.
• Support procurement and coordinate with purchasing and logistics teams.
• Prepare MIS reports and other sales-related reports.
• Maintain proper documentation, filing systems
• Candidates with experience in the MEP sector ONLY.
• Experience in sales coordination, CRM, procurement, and inventory management is preferred.
• Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant ERP/CRM systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
