Customer Service Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, and chats in a timely and professional manner.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues by providing effective solutions and alternatives.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues that require escalation.

Job Requirements :

• 0.6-3 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment handling international chat processes.
• Strong knowledge of blended process (phone/email/chat) operations.
• Excellent communication skills for resolving customer queries via various channels.
