A graduate with good academic records and excellent Written as well as Comprehension skills in English.

A dynamic personality with good communication skills.

Job Profile :

- Addressing customer queries at the correct authorization level.

- Replying back to the queries of the customer through email and whenever required calls.

- Making sure that the guidelines on customer follow ups across emails and ensure customer queries are resolved within defined turn around time.

- Making sure to meet and exceed escalation committed service levels.

Preferred candidate profile:

We are seeking highly motivated candidates with exceptional communication and written skills to join our team in Noida, India.

Must be a graduate.

CTC - 28,700ctc ( 24k in hand ) + Twice a year PLI (Performance Linked Incentives)

Shift: Rotational (Day shift for Female employees)

5.5 days working (Rotational) week offs
