About the role
We're looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our team. You will handle customer enquiries and support our operations through various communication channels and administrative coordination.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries via WhatsApp, phone and social media
- Assist with orders, appointments and customer follow-ups
- Coordinate with internal teams and maintain accurate customer records
- Escalate customer complaints to the relevant teams and support administrative tasks
About you
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin is an added advantage
- Experience in customer service, retail, administration or sales support is an advantage
- Basic Microsoft Office or Google Workspace skills
- Patient, responsible, organised and willing to learn
- Able to manage enquiries and work independently after training
