Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries related to import and export shipments.
- Coordinate with customers regarding shipment status, tracking, and delivery updates.
- Liaise with operations, documentation, and pricing teams for smooth shipment handling.
- Manage customer emails, prepare reports, and maintain shipment records.
- Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and agents as required.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and queries.
Working Days: 6 days a week
