電話客戶服務員 Customer Service Executive

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers for promotional and customer outreach purposes.
• Respond to customer enquiries via Call, Facebook, Instagram, and other online platforms.
• Create and maintain customer service response templates to ensure professional, accurate, and consistent communication aligned with the company’s brand image.
• Manage customer bookings and appointment scheduling.
• Handle customer feedback, enquiries, and complaints professionally.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Familiar with Facebook, Instagram, and messaging platforms.

• Prior experience in sales or customer service is an advantage.

• Experience in Healthcare / Beauty industry is a plus.

• Self-motivated, responsible, and patient.

• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English.

工作內容:

• 負責致電潛在客戶，進行電話推廣及客戶聯絡 (Cold Call)
• 透過電話、Facebook、Instagram 及其他網上平台回覆客戶查詢
• 撰寫及優化客戶服務回覆範本，確保回覆內容專業、準確及符合品牌形象
• 處理客戶預約安排及跟進服務進度
• 妥善處理客戶意見、查詢及投訴
• 維持良好的客戶關係，提升客戶滿意度
• 協助完成主管安排的其他相關工作

職位要求:

• 良好溝通及客戶服務技巧
• 熟悉 Facebook、Instagram 及即時通訊工具操作
• 具銷售或客戶服務經驗者優先考慮
• 曾於醫療機構／體檢／美容行業工作優先考慮
• 能獨立工作，具責任感及耐性
• 良好中英文書寫及溝通能力

• Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays: Off
