The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for customers, handle inquiries and complaints efficiently, and build strong customer relationships that promote satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend to customer inquiries professionally across all channels
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively
• Maintain accurate customer records and interactions
• Provide information about the company's products and services
• Follow up on customer requests and feedback
• Support customer retention and satisfaction initiatives
• Prepare customer service reports when required
• Collaborate with other departments to improve customer experience

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or HND in any relevant discipline
• Minimum of 2 years customer service experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
