As a Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Manage incoming hotline calls and respond to client enquiries professionally and promptly.
• Gather and verify relevant client information to facilitate service arrangements.
• Explain service procedures, processes, and necessary preparations clearly to clients.
• Coordinate service arrangements and ensure all details are accurately communicated to relevant parties.
• Follow up with clients in a timely manner to address enquiries and ensure smooth service coordination.
• Liaise with service providers and relevant stakeholders to facilitate service delivery.
• Work closely with the Operations team to ensure arrangements are carried out efficiently.
• Coordinate with the Finance team on billing, payments, and related administrative matters.
• Maintain accurate client records, documentation, and service-related information.
• Perform other administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 years of relevant customer service experience in the service industry
• Keen interest in funeral service industry
• Able to work on weekends and public holiday depending on schedule
