Job Overview

Narith Healthcare is hiring Customer Service Executives for its US/Canada voice process at the Thane location. We are looking for candidates with good communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to handle customer queries professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
• Assist customers with their queries and provide appropriate resolutions.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the system.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
• Follow company policies, quality standards, and process guidelines.
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant department when required.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service or a voice process.
• HSC or Graduate candidates can apply.
• Good verbal communication skills in English.
• Comfortable handling US/Canada customer interactions.
• Willing to work from the Thane office and in rotational shifts.
• Candidates residing in or near Thane and nearby accessible locations are preferred. Candidates travelling from far-off locations should not be considered.
