Customer Service Executive

About the role

As a Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients for the 2 brands under our company, JUNANDUS (cakes) and Bull & Rabbit (flower, balloon). This full-time role is based in our Kuchai Lama, Kuala Lumpur Malaysia office, where you will be an integral part of our dynamic customer service team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responding to customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
• Resolving customer complaints promptly to ensure a positive customer experience
• Provide quotation to customer for customize order or events
• Collaborating with partners, marketplaces, and logistics team to ensure orders delivered on time

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 2 years of experience in a retail customer service, or call center role
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively handle customer inquiries and providing exceptional customer service
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Bahasa Melayu
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and priorities tasks effectively
