Customer Service Executive

About the role

This role involves handling and processing customer sales orders, monitoring delivery status, and coordinating logistics arrangements for local and overseas shipments. You will support sales personnel in new project coordination and assist the sales team in processing documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Handle and process customer sales orders
• Monitor delivery status
• Arrange and coordinate logistics for local and overseas shipments
• Support sales personnel in new project coordination
• Process documentation for sales team
• Ensure customer satisfaction is met
• Coordinate with internal departments on job orders and requirements
• Follow standard operating procedures
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by HOD

About you

• Minimum O Level and above
• Minimum 1 year of relevant Customer Service or Order Processing experience
• Knowledge of APPAC system is an added advantage
• Able to speak and write in English and Mandarin
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good customer service, problem solving, analyzing and multi-tasking skills
• MS Office skills
• Able to work independently and demonstrate good teamwork
