Customer Service Executive

• In-depth understanding of our products to provide the best service to customers.
• To communicate and coordinate with departments.
• To ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
• To keep records of comments, complaints, customer interactions, and transactions.
• To maintain a empathetic, positive, and professional attitude towards customers.
• To process booking or appointments .
• To provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
• To respond promptly to customer inquiries, able to acknowledge and resolve customer complaints.

Job Requirement:

• Candidates must possess at least SPM/STPM or Diploma level in related field.
• Candidates must possess at least 1 year experience in Customer Service field.
• Candidates must have good command in Bahasa Malaysia and English, Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Good communication, interpersonal skills, and service oriented.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
• Strong passion for customer service.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
