Profile : International Customer Service Executive

Salary for Freshers : 3 LPA

Salary for Experienced : 4 LPA

5 Days working

Rotational shifts

Cab facility is available.

Preferred Candidate Profile :

Any UG/Grad/Exprienced/Fresher can apply.

Excellent English communication is required.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat from international clients.
• Provide timely and professional responses to customer queries and complaints.
• Process customer orders, track shipments, and coordinate deliveries.
• Maintain strong relationships with international customers.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and issue resolution.
• Handle product information, pricing, and order-related queries.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues efficiently.
