Customer Service Executive (Double pay)

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide strong support to customers, overseas branches, and the local sales team
• Collaborate closely with internal and external operations to deliver quality services
• Handle and follow up on enquiries and shipment bookings from customers, overseas agents, and overseas offices
• Ensure timely and accurate data entry into the operating system
• Manage customer enquiries and provide effective solutions
• Support sales activities and coordinate with relevant stakeholders
• Maintain clear communication and coordination across all service touchpoints

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant working experience in customer service within the logistics or freight forwarding industry
• Self-motivated, proactive, and well-organized with strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese; fluency in Mandarin is required
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
