We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Executive with a background in the Forex trading industry to join our team.
Requirements:-
- 1–3 years of relevant Customer Service experience
- Previous experience in the Forex trading industry is preferred
- Fluent communication skills in English and Hindi
- Familiarity with MT5, trading accounts, deposits, withdrawals, KYC, and basic Forex operations is an advantage
- Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills
- Professional, patient, and customer-focused approach
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts
- Candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred
