Customer Service Executive - Freight Forwarding

Job Description

• work directly with the sales director and cs/ops manager.
• support sales team thourhout the whole cycle for business development.
• secure rates from air and sea carriers and allotment holders.
• secure rates from truckers and all related external service contractors.
• shipment follow-up coordinating with customers and sales team.
• rates and schedule provision to overseas agents for nominations.
• follow-up on shipments with overseas branches and agents.
• closing jobs after verifying all costings and billings to customers.
• monitoring payments and aging of accounts receivables.

You are the right candidate if the following best describes you:

• 1 year of experience in air and sea freight industry
• has relevant and proven experience
• with an eye for details and good communications skills
• is quick to respond without compromising accuracy
• is customer-orientated and good with sales-oriented team mates
• is adaptable in coordinating with diverse service service partners.
