What they need
Customer Service Executive
5 days (Monday - Friday)
Location: Changi
Basic Salary: $3000 - $3200
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries and provide timely support on shipment and order matters.
- Process and coordinate shipment orders from booking to delivery.
- Liaise with overseas agents, customers, suppliers, and internal operations teams.
- Monitor shipment status and coordinate timely deliveries.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and handle receivables-related matters.
- Resolve customer and operational issues to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Maintain good relationships with customers and provide responsive customer service.
- Support daily freight forwarding operations and other ad-hoc duties.
Requirements:
Relevant experience in freight forwarding, shipping, logistics or related fields.
Good customer service and communication skills
Able to work well in a team.
