Roles & Responsibilities:
Handling SEA FCL & LCL shipments.
Managing HAZ, NON-HAZ, REEFER, All India ICD shipments, Cross Country shipments, Nominations, and HAZ Tank shipments
Preparing and submitting quotations to customers and following up until booking confirmation.
Placing bookings with shipping lines through both online and manual processes.
Coordinating with shipping lines to obtain booking confirmations.
Coordinating with customers for pickup and stuffing planning.
Updating shipment details in the portal and submitting VGM and Loading Lists to shipping lines.
Sending onboard confirmations to customers.
Tracking shipments until empty container return.
