Requirements:

• Assist the Customer Service Department and report directly to the Team Manager.
• Handle customer enquiries and provide excellent customer service support.
• Liaise and coordinate with customers regarding air and sea freight shipments.
• Liaise with airlines, shipping lines, and other relevant parties.
• Prepare and provide quotations and freight rates for air and sea shipments.
• Handle sea freight documentation, including bookings and Bills of Lading (B/L), when required.
• Ensure timely and accurate communication with customers and relevant stakeholders.
• Perform other administrative and customer service duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Able to handle emails and communicate professionally with customers.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
