Job Description:

As a Customer Support Executive join our team, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing excellent support and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and assist in delivering seamless customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers in a professional manner
• Resolve customer queries, concerns, and complaints effectively within defined timelines
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, billing, or account-related queries
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Document customer interactions and update details accurately in CRM/software systems
• Follow company processes, quality standards, and compliance guidelines
• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and escalation when required

Key Requirements:

• Fluent in English and Hindi
• Must possess valid documents for all previous companies worked
• Excellent communication skills
