What they need
- Review customer inquiries for the company's import and export freight and logistics business scopes
- Prepare accurate and detailed quotations for customers
- Clarify and negotiate proposals with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
- Review customer orders to ensure consistency with quotations offered
- Prepare and process import and export shipping documentation and liaise with relevant stakeholders such as shippers, consignees, various authorities, and shipping and overseas agents to execute freight operations in a proper and efficient manner
- Liaise with logistics appointed subcontractors and supervise the delivery of related logistics services to ensure they are delivered properly and efficiently
- Take appropriate actions for non-conforming services and provide feedback for continual improvement
- Perform necessary corrective and continual improvement actions and programs as directed by management
- Ensure data entry accuracy into the system
- Candidate will be assigned to a specific department based on their experience in Import, Export, Customer Service or Sales.
- Candidates with no prior experience but with the right attitude will also be considered.
