Key responsibilities
- Provide customer service support through phone and emails
- Prepare shipping documents and handle import/export documentation
- Monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery
- Process invoices promptly and accurately
- Ensure import/export operations run smoothly and comply with SOP

- Experience in shipping industry
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
