Customer Service Executive (Logistics / Freight Forwarding)

Work Overview :

• To ensure smooth function on booking acceptance process.
• To ensure booking details quality.
• To update information to customer and inter departments

Key Responsibility :

• Issue booking confirmation within the set KPI
• Handle booking acceptance process based on company policy.
• Handle FOB nomination follow up.
• Send letter notification to customer regarding the changes that are related to the booking.
• Maintain current booking acceptance procedure.
• Ensure of Booking details quality
• Coordinate with various departments

Key Experience & Qualifications & Skill :

• Bachelor Degree in any other subjects/majors.
• At least 1 years of Customer Service function in Shipping
• MS Office applications
• Customer Orientated.
• Positive and energetic
• Good command of English, reading, writing, and speaking skill.
