Customer Service Executive - Mall

Job Functions:

• Attend to shoppers’ enquiries, feedback and complaints, and provide appropriate assistance.
• Manage the Information Counter, including customer services, paging, wheelchair assistance and lost children.
• Provide accurate information on mall events, promotions, contests and activities to shoppers.
• Handle gift redemptions, registrations and support mall events and promotional activities.
• Maintain Information Counter materials, posters, notices, lost & found records and related reports.
• Monitor and report incidents, equipment issues and operational matters to the relevant departments.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally.
• Good problem-solving, multitasking and organisational skills.
• Friendly, approachable, customer-focused and able to remain calm under pressure, with high integrity and confidentiality.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays according to mall operating hours.

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
