Job Responsibilities

• Understand customers' needs and provide professional, timely, and sincere support to ensure smooth order completion.
• Deliver excellent customer service and continuously improve service quality based on daily performance.
• Maintain customer records, follow up regularly, and safeguard customers' rights while maintaining the company's service reputation.
• Monitor market trends, identify root causes of issues, and provide suggestions to improve products and services.
• Handle customer enquiries, resolve issues, and perform other customer service-related duties assigned by the company.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or above.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and communicating in Mandarin and English. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Strong learning ability with the ability to quickly adapt to new knowledge, systems, and work processes.
• Responsible, self-motivated, organized, and able to work under pressure.
• Willing to build a long-term career with the company and open to overseas assignments and cross-location rotations.
• Basic Microsoft Excel skills; financial knowledge is an added advantage.
• Willing to work on rotating shifts as the business operates 24/7.

Salary & Benefits

Salary Structure

• Basic Salary + Overtime + Allowances + Commission
• Guaranteed monthly income (Basic + OT + Allowances): RM4,100 – RM4,200
• Monthly income can reach RM5,000 – RM7,000 upon achieving KPI and commission targets.

Working Hours

• Morning Shift: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
• Night Shift: 10:00 PM – 10:00 AM

Off Days

• 8 days per month
