Customer Service Executive (Mandarin Speaking)

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: SPM and above
• Able to start immediately
• Good communication skills in English & Mandarin
• Medical experience/background/knowledge are encouraged to apply (Doctor/Nurses/ Clinic Assistance)

Job Summary:

We are looking for dedicated, service-oriented individuals to join our Medical Support & Emergency Response Team. This role handles customer interactions via calls, email, and Livechat covering both emergency and non-emergency medical inquiries. You will serve as the main link between callers and healthcare providers, ensuring clear communication, accurate information, and timely coordination, including emergency dispatch when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inquiries related to appointment booking, general inquiries, complaints, and hospital information via multiple communication channels.
• Handle emergency and non-emergency calls related to medical services, hospitals, clinics, and specialists.
• Gather essential details such as location, type of emergency, and caller information to determine the appropriate response.
• Dispatch or coordinate ambulance/emergency teams according to urgency and standard procedures.

Working Hours:

• Operation Hours: 24 hours (Shift-based rotation)
• Working Days: 5/5.5 Working Days (Rotated Within Mon-Sun)
• Any changes depending on Operations arrangement

Remuneration Package:

• Basic salary: RM3000.00 - RM3500.00
• KPI allowance: up to RM500.00/month
• Attendance allowance: RM100.00/month
• Language allowance: RM300.00 (Fixed/month)
• Shift allowance: Applicable
