Customer Service Executive (Merchandiser is welcome!)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle enquiries, client instruction, complaints with investigation and providing corrective action plan in timely manner
• Prepare proposal, quotation for the customer
• Provide excellent customer services and maintain good relationship with clients
• Work closely and provide the relevant support on key customers’ request with Frontline
• Communicate with laboratory staff on special sample handling and test requirements, etc to ensure projects proceed in a satisfactory manner

Requirements:

• High Diploma or above in any subjects, with testing laboratory or merchandiser related background is an advantage.
• At least 3 years’ experience in customer services, more experiences will be considered as Senior Customer Service Executive.
• Good communication skill, outgoing and initiative
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
