- Engineering Industry (Government Sector)

- UP $3200 Basic + VB
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries via phone and email, providing clear and accurate information.
- Manage cases end-to-end, including logging, tracking, investigation, resolution, and timely follow-up
- Oversee complex cases and escalations, working with senior stakeholders to ensure effective resolution
Requirements:
Min. Diploma in Business or equivalent
No prior experience required, training will be provided.
