Customer Service Executive (Ocean Freight)

You will play the important role of:

• Responsible for the day to day customer service role dealing with customers, vendor.
• To perform administrative and documentation functions.
• Continuously improve on the existing business process and work closely with the immediate superior to ensure long-term success of the Company.
• Coordination with vendors and customers on shipment progress and delivery.
• Preparation of shipping documents e.g. bill of lading, COO, Arrival Notice, Pre-alert, invoice etc
• Update daily/weekly report to ensure following up document/shipment is up to date.
• Telemarketing to promote company service to potential customer.
• Other related import and export forwarding tasks.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

• Advanced / Higher Diploma in any field or equivalent.
• Must have at least 2 years of experience in Ocean Freight CS.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and deal with pressure.
