About the role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Customer Service Executive (Mandarin Speaking) to join our dynamic team at Sea Hawk Global Lines Sdn Bhd in Klang, Selangor. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our Mandarin-speaking customers. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative and supportive environment.

What you'll be doing

1. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner
2. Assist customers with order tracking, shipment status, and other logistics-related queries
3. Provide accurate and detailed information to customers, addressing their needs and resolving any issues
4. Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date customer records and documentation
5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service and problem resolution
6. Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience
7. Maintain a positive and customer-centric attitude at all times

What we're looking for

1. Fluency in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers from diverse backgrounds
4. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and provide innovative solutions
5. Proficient in using computer systems and office software, including CRM tools
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritise tasks effectively
7. A team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service
