Customer Service Executive (Order Processing/ Electronics/ Manufacturing)

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver professional and responsive customer service, ensuring customers receive timely support throughout the order fulfilment process.
• Prepare quotations, process customer orders, and ensure accurate and timely billing documentation.
• Coordinate delivery arrangements and schedules with customers and internal teams.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, complaints, RMA, returns, and claims, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
• Coordinate the distribution of product samples, catalogues, and marketing materials to customers.
• Prepare regular reports on customer feedback, service performance, order status, and other relevant activities.
• Support customer visits, meetings, stock-taking exercises, and inbound customer calls when required.
• Liaise closely with internal departments such as Sales, Warehouse, Logistics, and Finance to ensure smooth order processing and fulfilment.
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the team as required.

Requirements

• Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in customer service, sales coordination, order management, sales support, or a similar role.
• Experience in the electronics industry will have an added advantage.
