Customer Service Executive - Project Planning & Implementation

• Maintain project trackers, schedules, milestones, and project administration records to support effective project delivery.
• Coordinate project documentation, including work packs, RAMS, permits, handover packs, customer submissions, and document control activities.
• Manage site access requests, timesheet administration, project records, and compliance documentation in accordance with customer requirements.
• Liaise with customers, engineers, suppliers, subcontractors, logistics teams, and internal stakeholders to support project execution.
• Track project materials, equipment, logistics schedules, customer deliverables, and project progress, escalating issues and delays as required.
• Support SHEQ compliance, maintain audit-ready records, and ensure timely completion of project deliverables through effective project coordination and administration.
