Customer Service Executive (Renewal)

We are hiring a Customer Service Executive to attend to customers' inquiries and follow up with customers on renewal matters. You will help to provide the best solutions to our valued customers and prioritize the customers' needs at each step of the process.

Job responsibilities:

• Follow up on renewal cases and achieve renewal target set
• Prepare renewal report on daily basis
• Conduct briefing/ training to advisor on monthly basis
• Assist in answering incoming call
• Liaise with advisors/ members/ branches/ insurer to complete the renewal process
• Assist in handling email and tickets
• Assist in handling administrative tasks

Job requirements:

• Must possess at least a Diploma in any related field.
• Able to speak well in English, BM and Mandarin. Candidate need to communicate with Mandarin speaking customers.
• Possess working experience in Customer Service/ Call Centre.
• Possess good communication skills.
• Positive attitude, multitasking, able to work independently.
• Committed and result oriented.
• Candidate with banking or insurance related experience will be an added advantage.
