Customer Service Executive (Scheduling / Billing)

• Position : Customer Service Executive (Scheduling / Billing)
• Location : East – Loyang Way (5 Minutes Walk from Bus Stop)
• Working hours : Monday to Friday, 8.30am–5.30pm | Saturday half day
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4,200 + AWS + Performance Bonus + Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits
• Duration : Permanent
• Industry : Home Appliances

Main Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls and customer enquiries.
• Schedule and confirm appointments with customers and contractors.
• Resolve billing queries and discrepancies.
• Prepare invoices and quotations for standard items.
• Maintain accurate appointment, billing and customer records.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree with at least 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Comfortable handling high call volumes and managing multiple tasks.
• Organised, detail-oriented and familiar with basic invoicing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn invoicing software.
