Customer Service Executive (Sea Freight)

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate sea freight shipments, including scheduling shipments, arranging carriers, and tracking shipment progress to ensure timely delivery.
• Work with pricing team to secure best freight rates.
• Issue shipping documents and complete customs declaration timely for shipments.
• Issue Tax Invoices for all completed shipments.

Are you the one we are looking for?

• At least 2-3 years experience
• Self starter with a strong work ethic.
• Able to communicate clearly in writing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Working hour :

Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, alternate Saturday : 9am to 1pm
