Customer Service Executive (Telemarketer)

Role Purpose

To provide effective follow-up and customer service to existing customers by driving appointment bookings, maintaining customer engagement, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The role is also responsible for handling customer enquiries and complaints, providing timely service recovery, and supporting the salon’s customer retention efforts through proactive outbound calls.

Job Responsibilities

• Follow up with existing customers via outbound calls.
• Contact customers to encourage return visits and book their next appointment.
• Schedule, reschedule and confirm appointments.
• Handle customer enquiries and provide assistance where required.
• Manage customer complaints and provide appropriate service recovery.
• Conduct post-service follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate customer records and call logs.
• Work closely with outlet teams to coordinate appointments and resolve customer issues.

• Have experience in telemarketing or customer service — beauty/facial industry experience is a plus!
