Customer Service Executive – Travel

We are looking for customer-focused professionals to join our Travel Customer Service team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting passengers, resolving travel-related queries and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer calls and assist passengers with their travel-related queries.

Provide accurate information regarding flights, reservations, fares and travel requirements.

Assist customers with booking-related and post-booking queries.

Maintain accurate customer and call records.

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.

Follow company quality and customer service standards.

Ensure professional and courteous communication with every customer.

Stay updated with relevant US travel and airline information.

Handle customer concerns effectively while maintaining a positive customer experience.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.

Good interpersonal and listening skills.

Ability to work in a high-volume inbound calling environment.

Customer-focused and responsible approach.

Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult customer situations professionally.

Prior experience in travel, airline or international customer service will be preferred.

Experience

Relevant experience in Travel / Airline / International BPO / Customer Service will be preferred.

Salary

₹30,000 – ₹35,000 in hand per month

Working Hours

Current Shift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM

Important: Candidates must be flexible to work in 24×7 rotational shifts as per business requirements.

5 days working

2 rotational / split week-offs
