Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who is fluent in Turkish and English to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Make 200 customer calls per day for follow-ups and service support.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- Communicate clearly with customers in Turkish and English.
- Follow up on customer concerns and ensure proper resolution.
- Maintain accurate customer records and call details.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Turkish & English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused and professional attitude.
- Previous customer service/call center experience preferred.
- Basic computer skills.
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
Work Location: In person
