What they need
Warehouse Customer Service Executive
5 days' work week (Monday to Friday)
📌Working hours: 8.30am – 5.30pm
📌Location: Jurong East Area (Transport Provided)
📌Basic Salary: up to $ 3,100
Job Duties:
- Coordinated import, export, and stock transfer activities.
- Managed inventory records and ensured accurate stock transactions.
- Liaised with customers, warehouse, and transport teams to coordinate daily operations.
- Processed customer orders, delivery requests, and shipping documentation.
- Monitored inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Handled customer enquiries and resolved operational issues.
- Maintained departmental KPIs and performed additional duties as assigned.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma in Logistic / Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- Experience in import & export procedures, inventory management, and WMS applications.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
